The Business/Operations department is managed by the Assistant Superintendent, James Koenig; Administrative Asst. to Assistant Superintendent, Norma Cadriel. The following departments fall under the Business/Operations Department:

Fiscal Services – Nancy Pfeiffer, Director of Fiscal Services. The Fiscal services department is responsible for Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payroll and Benefits.

Technology Services Department – The Director of Technology Services, runs this department responsible for all technology within the Alisal Union School District.

Food Services & Purchasing – Irene Vargas, Director of Food Services and Purchasing. Monitors breakfast and lunch services for all school sites. Also provides catering and other food services outside of the school District. Food Service supports the 5 a Day and Garden programs throughout the school district.

Maintenance, Operations, Facilities and Transportation (M.O.T.S) - The Maintenance Department, under the direction of Michael Piercy, is responsible for all maintenance projects from work orders to inventory, from custodial issues to broken windows. MOTS also supports the school district with Transportation for all school sites making sure that children arrive and depart from school safely.
